Abstract

Jesse W. M. DuMond was Emeritus Professor at the California Institute of Technology (1929-1976). Other institutional affiliations include the National Bureau of Standards and the Thomsen-Houston Company, Paris. His research interests included the Compton Effect and atomic constants.
