Abstract

Bernd Matthias was a Professor of Physics at University of California, San Diego (1961-1980). Other institutional affiliations included Bell Telephone Laboratories and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Some of his research interests included superconductivity, ferroelectricity and ferromagnetism.
