Abstract

William Raney worked at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration for many years (1977-1994). His other institutional affiliations included Harvard University, the United States Navy and Bell Telephone Laboratories. Raney's research interests included finite amplitude effects, propagation at hypersonic frequencies, and linear systems analysis.
