Biography

Abstract

Le Jeu Sham is Professor of Physics at University of California, San Diego (1974-present). His research interests in condensed matter physics include optical control of electron spin and exciton in semiconductor nanodots for quantum information and computation, spin dynamics in semiconductor heterostructures, exciton correlation and nonlinear optical processes, strongly correlated semiconductors, and density functional theory.
