Abstract

Henry G. Booker was a physicist and engineer who researched radio wave propagation and electromagnetism. In 1965, he helped the University of California, San Diego start the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences. His other institutional affiliations include Cambridge and Cornell University.
