Biography

Abstract

Bruno Coppi has made contributions to the fields of plasma physics, nuclear fusion research, space physics, and plasma astrophysics. He was a Professor of Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for many years (1968-2014). Other institutional affiliations include the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton University, and University of California, San Diego.
