Abstract

Richard L. Garwin is Emeritus Fellow, Thomas J. Watson Research Laboratory International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) (1952-present). Other institutional affiliations include the University of Chicago. His research interests include the hydrogen bomb and gravity waves.
