Abstract

Jerry Tersoff is a Researcher at IBM's Thomas J. Watson Research Center (1984-present). He received the American Physical Society's Davisson-Germer Prize in Atomic or Surface Physics in 1997. His research includes the theory of nanowire growth and nanoscale effects in heteroepitaxy.
