Abstract

Hellmut Fritzsche was Emeritus Professor of Physics in the James Franck Institute at the University of Chicago (1957-present). Other institutional affiliations included Energy Conversion Devices Incorporated and Purdue University. His research interests included semiconductors at low temperatures and semiconductors impurity distribution.
