Abstract

Eugene Commins is Professor Emeritus of Physics at University of California, Berkeley (2005-present). His research interests include the electric dipole moment (EDM) of the electron, optical pumping, supernovae, and laser spectroscopy. His other institutional affiliations include Swarthmore College and Columbia University.
