Abstract

Susan Coppersmith is a theoretical condensed matter physicist. She has made contributions to the understanding of subjects such as glasses, granular materials, the nonlinear dynamics of magnetic flux lattices in type-II superconductors, and quantum computing. Her institutional affiliations include Bell Laboratories, University of Chicago, and University of Wisconsin, Madison.
