Abstract

Hermann August Grunder was Director of the Argonne National Laboratory (2000-2005). Other institutional affiliations included Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. His research interests included nuclear structure and heavy ion accelerators.
