Abstract

Physics has been a part of the Brown University curriculum since the 18th century and the Department of Physics has a distinguished history of research and teaching. Their current faculty includes a Nobel Prize winner and recipients of other prestigious awards. Research topics covered by faculty include astrophysics and cosmology, high energy, condensed matter and biological physics.
