Abstract

David Franklin Edwards was Chief Scientist and Group Leader at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (1983-1990). Other affiliations include Hewlett-Packard and Los Alamos National Laboratory. His research interests include solid state spectroscopy and laser-matter interactions.
