Abstract

George Miller was Director of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (2006-2011). During his time at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Miller led every aspect of the nuclear weapons program, from design through development, testing, depoloyment to the stockpile, and retirement.
