Abstract

Erwin Müller was Evan Pugh Research Professor of Physics Emeritus at Pennsylvania State University (1976-1977). Other institutional affiliations include the Max Planck Institute in Berlin and Altenberg Technical Institute. His research interests included field electron microscopy (FEM), field ion microscopy (FIM), and atom probe mass spectroscopy (APMS/APFIM).
