H. G. (Harry George) Drickamer was Professor Emeritus of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, and Physics at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (1946-2002). Other institutional affiliations included Pan American Refining Corporation. His research interests included high-pressure physics and condensed matter.
