Abstract

Gerald Pearson was an Emeritus Professor of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University (1960-1987). He was a Fellow of the American Physical Society and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. His research interests included x-rays, semiconductor materials, and thermistors.
