Abstract

Chandrashekhar Joshi is Director, Center for High Frequency Electronics and Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles (1988-present). Other institutional affiliations include the National Research Council Canada. His research interests include plasma accelerators and plasma waves.
