Abstract

The University of Washington's Department of Physics educates students at all levels and encourages the involvement of undergraduates in research. Areas of research have included astrophysics, atomic physics, biophysics, condensed matter theory, elementary particle theory, nuclear physics, particle theory, physics education, and quantum computing.
