Johns Hopkins University oral history collection, 1999-[ongoing].
Contains interviews with fifty-five people, representing all university divisions: arts and sciences, the schools of medicine and public health, the Peabody Institute, the Applied Physics Lab, the School of Professional and Business Studies, and the School for Advanced International Studies.
In 1999, Mame Warren was commissioned to write a history commemorating The Johns Hopkins University's 125th anniversary. The basis for the book was a series of oral history interviews with Hopkins faculty, administrators and alumni. Ms. Warren is continuing her interviews as part of the "Hopkins History On-Line" project, so additional interviews will be added to the collection.
