Records produced during the activities of the university reactor, including construction of the site and buildings, operation, preparation of the second reactor core, and scientific research relating to the reactor.
The Commission interministřielle des installations nuclǎires de base (CIINB) approved the construction of an Argonaut class nuclear reactor for the University on 17 February, 1965. The construction was completed in two years. Authorization of the plan for use of the reactor was granted on 6 October 1967. The reactor was shut down on 31 December 1997 and the Direction de la Sr︣et ̌des Installations Nuclǎires authorized the removal of fuel from the core on 17 March, 2000.
