Nalos, Ervin Joseph, 1924-
Ervin J. Nalos papers, 1939-1993.
This collection contains technical information on electron tube research and early GE Microwave Lab (Stanford) reports including original data on the first derivative tube at S and X-band; also lecture and lab notes, some correspondence, photos and objects relating to electron tubes. The 1999 addition (1999-234) includes Nalos's publications, his PhD thesis, assessment of technology in electronic related devices, material on microwave measurements, research on reliability and cost of avionics, new developments in electromagnetic energy beaming, gated beam RF source investigation, selected material on high power microwave tubes and solar power, satellite phase control, and state of art of high powere TWT's, five disclosures on new device concepts, and original data on X-band megawatt pulsed TWT.
