Paul Scherrer papers, 1910-1960.
The collection consists of letters, manuscripts (mostly in German) and photographs. Included are the Peter Debye lectures from Gttingen, 1915-1917. Scherrer lectures of 1922 and of 1931-1939; "Rntgenstrahlen und Kristallbau," (X-rays and the Structure of Crystals), 1922-1923; "Kristallstruktur und Festigkeit," (Structure and the Solidity of Crystals), 1933-1934. Correspondence concerning institutional changes at the Eidgenssiche Technishe Hochschule, 1927-1928, and on Wolfgang Pauli and Peter Debye.
