The Office of the Secretary keeps all official and legal documents of the American Institute of Physics (AIP) including copyright records and current records of the Governing Board and AIP committee memberships. It is responsible for the official minutes from the Governing Board and the Executive Committee meetings and carries on official correspondence with Member Societies concerning membership, Governing Board representation, and proxies to the annual meetings of the AIP Corporation. The Secretary is a member of the AIP Management Committee.
This collection includes emails sent and received by Ben Snavely. The collection includes the contents of the account's email Cabinet (excluding a folder titled "Personal"), as well as the Inbox and Sent Items folders.
