Records of the Department of Astronomy, consisting of correspondence, reports, notes, publications, schedules, financial data, Observatory Guest book, observation log books, blue prints, a scrapbook, and photographs. These provide information on the construction, dedication and operation of the Observatory, including information on gifts to the department from Lady Margaret Huggins and others. Curricular materials include laboratory exercises and observations, and information on the cross registration program with M.I.T. There are materials on faculty and other department personnel, and guest speakers. Also included are account books, budgets and other fiscal information about the operation of the department.
