Millikin, Bourke B. Hickenlooper, and Thomas C. Hart. The committee functioned during the 79th Congress. On December 20, 1945 Senate Bill 1717, 79th Congress was introduced by Chairman McMahon. After House amendments and Senate revision, H. Report 2670, 79th Congress, 2nd Session was passed by the House on July 26; and by the Senate on the same day.
