Armstrong, Harry G.
Oral history interview with Major General Harry G. Armstrong, 1976.
Describes organization of the Aerospace Medical Assn.; oxygen masks, aeroembolism studies, liquid exygen systems, design and development of the human centrifuge, flying goggles, and the first pressurized aircraft cabin. After World War II he was assigned as surgeon of air contingent of the occupation forces in Berlin; he was involved in the Paper Clip Project, an overall military project to recruit German scientists; describes the reception of German nationals at Randolph Field, Texas.
