Five-page questionnaire and response, and three additional pages covering Rapaport's achievements and collaborations with C. D. Goodman at the Indiana University Cyclotron Facility (IUCF) and C. Gaarde at the Niels Bohr Institutet; and a brief discussion of the scientific environmnet in, and of his involvement with, the National Commission for Science and Technology in Chile. Recipients were asked to discuss their entry into a scientific career in general and nuclear physics in particular, their scientific achievements, the funding of their projects, the roles of related sciences in their research, their work as educators, and their involvement in physics-related organizations.
