Hanford-Richland 25th anniversary [motion picture] / produced by U.S. Atomic Energy Commission.
Ceremonies to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the development and construction of the first plutonium production reactor at the Hanford-Richland, WA site in 1943. At the opening press conference, General Leslie R. Groves and Atomic Energy Commission chairman, Glenn T. Seaborg describe the successful completion of the reactor as a milestone in the development of atomic energy. At the reactor narration session and the chemical separation session, the speakers recalled their participation in the project. Speakers were: Dale Babcock, O.H. Greager, Charles D. Harrington, Norman Hilberry, Frank T. Matthias, Lawrence M. Richards, Glenn T. Seaborg, Lombard Squires, George Watts, and John Archibald Wheeler.
