This small collection contains GE R&D papers and reports written by Stutt. It also contains a set of drafting tools.
Charles Adolphus Stutt (1922-2013) received his doctorate in electrical engineering from MIT in 1950. He began working for the research laboratory at General Electric in 1957, specializing in statistical theory of communications. He managed a program in signal processing and communications until his retirement in 1985.
