The items consist of one letter written by McGregor, and three manuscripts entitled "On Velocities in Relatively Moving Inertial Systems," "Quantum Mechanica (sic) and E = MCø," and "Starlight Aberration and the Velocities of Light and the Earth."
Donald Rait McGregor was an electrical engineer and the author of several monographs including The philosophy of a new physics theory (1970) and The inertia of the vacuum: A new foundation for theoretical physcis (1981).
