Joint Council on Quantum Electronics
Joint Council on Quantum Electronics constitution, 1964.
The purpose of the Council is to promote cooperation among the various scientific and technical organizations in the U.S. in holding conferences in the field of quantum electronics in such a way as to limit the number of conferences and enhance the value of those held.
