This folder contains a letter from Niels Bohr to Franklin D. Roosevelt on the need for international cooperation in building effective control measures over atomic energy, Bohr's acknowledgement that there are post-World War II problems between allies USA and USSR which are complicated by the new atomic weapons, and how the scientist may be able to operate as a diplomat to overcome these problems.
