Includes note books, papers and reports from Weaver's time at the University of Wisconsin, both as a student and as a professor. Included is his thesis submitted for his degree in Civil Engineering and a personal pocket notebook of quotations and equations. Also included are a group of unpublished papers loosely titled Weaver's Curves, on topics such as Earth return currents, Earth resistance near Madison, Wisconsin, Ground currents due to overhead wires, Livens' treatment of sphere problem, and others.

Professional experience includes: University of Wisconsin-Madison (1920-1932); director of the Division of Natural Sciences, Rockefeller Foundation (19321955); science consultant, trustee, vice president, consultant, Sloan-Kettering Institute for Cancer Research (1931-1978).
