Memoranda between Yoshio Nishina and Japanese Army General Nobuuji on Japanese atomic research program. Translations of documents from the Japanese atomic research program, primarily memoranda between Nishina and General Nobuuji regarding the coordination of the study of U-235 at Tonizo Laboratory in 1943. These documents are believed to have been secretly brought into the United States by a Japanese chemist who taught at the University of Arkansas.
