This collection consists of records of the International Committee on Rheology (ICR) from 1970 to 2016. It includes files on some of ICR's member societies, ICR congresses, newsletters, correspondence, and organizational information, including by-laws.
In 1953, the International Council of Scientific Union's Joint Committee on Rheology evolved into the International Committee on Rheology. It is comprised of 27 member societies that meet every four years at International Congresses on Rheology.
