A self-published account of his employment at the University of Virginia and his work on the ultracentrifuge for Jesse W. Beams in the 1960s. The intention of the work is to expose Beams and the University for their alleged use of public funds to manufacture ultracentrifuges for private profit. The work includes copies of more than 40 documents supporting his claims including correspondence of Lawrence Cranberg who was his last supervisor at the University.
