The collection contains materials on the science, negotiations, and national and international policy concerned with the protection of the stratospheric ozone layer. It includes notes, reports, and conference room papers from national and international negotiating meetings; diplomatic cables, delegation reports, internal memos, and other correspondence of government and non-government participants in policy deliberations; educational and advocacy material produced by firms, industry associations, environmental groups, and other interested organizations; official scientific and technical assessment reports; and summaries of scientific briefings.
