The Oswald G. Villard papers include correspondence, articles and research papers, memoranda, reports, research files, contracts, minutes, and other materials, 1958-1998. Institutions represented in the papers include Stanford University, Stanford Research Institute, Naval Research Advisory Committee, United States Air Force (USAF) Scientific Advisory Board, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Union of Radio Science International, and the Voice of America. The collection also includes instruction manuals and a log for radio station W6YX, 1932-1933 (club station at Stanford).
