The collection consists of Tom Elioff's copies of press reports on the Superconducting Super Collider (SSC) and related subjects, assembled by the SSC Library and Office of External Affairs.
The Superconducting Super Collider (SSC) Library and Office of External Affairs assembled a daily compilation of press reports of interest to employees of the Superconducting Super Collider Laboratory, the Texas National Research Laboratory Commission, and the Department of Energy. Tom Elioff, a physicist who worked for Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the SSC, collected them.
