This collection contains Niels Bohr's correspondence as a private person, containing much of interest particularly as regards Danish cultural history. In addition to the alphabetical arrangement, some material is filed under several topical headings, such as letters received on, e.g., Bohr's birthdays and the awarding of the Nobel Prize, the Order of the Elephant, as well as correspondence received in connection with Bohr's death.
