The collection includes 150 stereo color slides Bartky took in the early 1950s of colleagues, friends, and their families at Yerkes Observatory, McDonald Observatory, and the University of Chicago, including Enrico and Laura Fermi, Gerald Kuiper, Bengt Strm̲gren, Lowell T. Coggeshall, Joseph E. Mayer, Maria Goeppert-Mayer, and Harold Urey.
