Collection contains incomplete sets of Harvard Project Physics curriculum material such as introduction to the course, tests, handbooks, and experiments. Also contains evaluations of the curriculum and newsclippings about the project.
Project Physics, in existence from 1964 to 1972, involved personnel from the Physics Dept., Faculty of Education and outside Harvard. Its funding was external. The purpose of the project was to develop curriculum for secondary and college physics courses.
