Rudolf Kingslake (1903-2003) British optician and engineer. M.S, optical design, Imperial College of Science and Technology. Professor and founder of the Department of Optical Design, University of Rochester (1929); head of Optical Design department of Eastman Kodak (1937).
Hilda Kingslake (1902-2003), British optical designer. Daughter of eminent optician Alexander Conrady, and influential in the establishment of the Optical Society of America.
