Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory. National Resource for Computation in Chemistry
Computational Methodology in Crystallography: Evaluation and Extension, June 19-22, 1978.
Report from the first workshop of the National Resource for Computation in Chemistry (NRCC) since it was established in 1977. The format of the workshop was derived by a program committee at the American Crystallographic Association meeting in 1978. The workshop hoped for community level cooperative advancements in crystallographic computational methodology.
The National Resource for Computation in Chemistry (NRCC) was established as a division of Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory in October 1977. The functions were to 1) make information on existing and developing computational methodologies available to all segments of the chemistry community, 2) make state-of-the-art computational facilities accessible, and 3) foster research and development of new computational methods for application to chemical problems.
