Comments on Mustel's teaching and travels to observatories; Fesenkov and his co-organization work.
E. R. Mustel (1911-1988) Soviet astrophysicist, completed his undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral work at Moscow University and became professor there in 1944. His work pertained to problems of solar physics, stellar astmospheres, novae and supernovae, adn the problem of solar corpuscular streams and their influence on the earth's magnetosphere and atmosphere.
