This documentary explores Hugh Everett's revolutionary theory of parallel universes and his research in quantum mechanics. Presented from the perspective of Everett's son Mark Oliver Everett who, during the course of the film, receives a crash course in the history of quantum mechanic, and speaks with his father's old colleagues and younger physicists who have been inspired by Hugh Everett's work.
