The Ford Motor Company Research and Innovation Center's mission is to serve Ford Motor Company employees worldwide by providing internal and external information, document delivery, and access to books and journals with a primary focus on pure and applied sciences. The Center's holdings include print and electronic books and journal subscriptions, internal technical reports (including the Ford Tecnical Journal, in print since 1953), automotive service manuals, and laboratory notebooks. The holdings also include a collection of the papers of the Scoeity of Automotive Engineers, available in paper and electornic format. A limited historical collection contains Ford Motor Company annual reports, historical brochures and other publications.
