Joe Stearns Clark, 1913-1966, S.B. in physics, 1937, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, was on the staff of the MIT physics department, 1937-1939, and the electrical engineering staff, 1950-1952. He helped build MIT's 300,000,000 volt synchrotron, which was completed in 1948.
